I went there on a Saturday and they got me right in. I felt they were honest and made me feel very comfortable. They didn’t try to up sell me at all and were so pleasant to talk to. They were able to plug my tire and send me on my way. I highly recommend this shop.

Called and spoke to Glenn today. Had a blowout with my tire. He was able to point me in the right direction for what size tire I needed and was able to keep it very reasonable for pricing. Was being changed well over 200-250 anywhere else. Definitely recommend talking with him if you ever need help

I will start with I went to Adirondack tire previously prior to the merger with Mavis and they were wonderful. This time not so much. I had a flat tire and brought it there. Needed 4 new tires, no problem. They did an alignment as well. Get the car back, the steering wheel needs to be turned left in order to go straight. Call them back and talk with Sarah. She has no idea what I’m talking about. My husband then calls and has to explain multiple times before they understand what the issue is. Once they state it is “fixed” they call and say we owe xxxx amount of money. Obviously we stated no way since they caused the problem and they agree stating they “forgot” the car was just there. Get the car back, now the steering wheel needs to go to the RIGHT in order to go straight. I refused to bring it back there and instead went to my local Mazda dealership to look at it. Not only did Adirondack not do the alignment properly, they did not balance my brand new tires correctly!! I do not suggest going to this place for anything as they obviously have incompetent people working there.

I am sharing this experience to inform others and to highlight the importance of professionalism and accountability in automotive service. I brought my vehicle to Adirondack Tire & Service, located at 1610 Western Ave, Albany, NY 12203, to install two tires and to have the front tires inspected, as they had gone flat after the installation. The first time I noticed the tires were flat was on March 1, 2026, and I initially assumed it was due to the weather and the cold temperatures outside. I took the vehicle back to the shop on March 18, 2026, regarding the flat tire issue. The flat tire problem was resolved; however, another issue was created during the process. The mechanic pulled the handbrake in such a way that it caused both rear caliper pistons to get stuck, preventing the rear wheels from revolving. When I informed the mechanic, he refused to accept that he caused the issue. I do not know his name, but the lady working at the front desk, who claimed to be the assistant manager, witnessed everything. However, she chose to remain silent when I referred to her as a witness. Her behavior reflected poor communication skills and a lack of professionalism. She was also inconsist
